Meditation is a thousands of years old art from the East. Buddha lived about 2500 years ago and taught 84000 various ways how to restrain and calm down negative emotions. Buddhism knows countless methods of meditation.

Meditation on the Twin Hearts
The Meditation on the Twin Hearts is an advanced meditation technique aimed at achieving enlightenment or cosmic consciousness by activating and developing the heart and crown energy centers (“twin hearts”).
